New project

Marriott Renaissance Kiev Hotel 4*

The new project of “Electrotechnical Group” is luxury hotel Renaissance Kiev 4* by world-known hotel network Marriot. Our company was assigned to design shop drawings and carry out installation works of the following system:

-         Electric lighting and power distribution system;

-        Ice and snow melting system;

-        Energy-saving system in guest rooms;

-        BMS;

-        Burglar alarm and access control system;

-        CCTV;

-        SCS.

Marriott International, Inc. will open its first hotel in Ukraine, the 173-room Renaissance Kiev Hotel. The hotel is expected to open in mid-2013 following an extension and renovation of the existing historic building formerly known as the Leipzig Hotel. Renaissance Hotels represents the signature lifestyle brand within the Marriott International global portfolio.

The Renaissance Kiev Hotel will be perfectly situated in the heart of the city centre on the corner of famed Vladimirskaja and Proreznaja streets, facing Golden Gate Park. The hotel is located a short walk from the city’s key attractions including the shopping district, government buildings and Saint Sophia Square and a stone’s throw from the city’s Opera House.
